Shipping policy

All orders ship from Toronto, Ontario, Canada to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

I'm not responsible for any delays caused after shipping. 

Please note that delivery times listed below are only estimates, actual transit time may vary depending on your location. A tracking number and corresponding link will be attached in the confirmation email sent to you once your order has been shipped.

If you need faster service or would like to use another carrier, such as FedEx or DHL, please contact us prior to placing the order.  Additional shipping costs will apply.

Artworks are shipped via Canada Post:

Unless otherwise noted, there is a base flat rate of CA$20 for domestic (+CA$10 for each additional item) and CA$60 for international purchases (+$20 for each additional item).

Expected Delivery Times:
North America: 3 - 4 business days
International: 6 - 10 business days to many major hubs

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the case of a lost package, please contact your local post office for assistance.  If the package has been tampered with or is obviously damaged due to mishandling by the shipping carrier, be sure to document the damage before opening the package to serve as evidence in order to file your claim with the post office.

PaperSwan Studio will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of artwork while in transit. 

If you would like to purchase insurance coverage for the artwork in transit or would like to use a different carrier, please contact us prior to placing the order.  Additional costs will apply, and a signature may be required at time of delivery.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us for any reason, for example, if the wrong address was provided, you will be notified by email.  A refund will not be issued. You are responsible for the costs associated with re-shipping the package to the correct address.
